Come to our Craft Party in Sydney

Come and join us for a free craft party! Lisa (the red thread) and I are hosting an abcd social in collaboration with Etsy Australia in Sydney on Saturday 7th June 2014. Bring an old photo, have a cup of tea and a chat and get your craft on with other friendly creative types.

There will be Etsy Craft Parties happening all weekend around the world with the theme of Recapture: Bring New Meaning To Old Photographs. We will be transforming your old photographs into amazing artworks using watercolour, collage and embroidery with the help of Tara from Dudley Redhead, Fiona from Fiona Kate and Lisa from the red thread.

We will be right down the road from the Sydney Finders Keepers market; walk over after you've had your shopping fix. Perfect, right?

We're also bringing back our always popular abcd social goodie bag - but this time with a craft twist! Bring along some craft supplies from your stash to include in the goodie bag. Your small crafty packs could include paper, yarn, fabric, tags... anything that will inspire others. Everyone who participates will go home with a bag full of crafty goodness.
