I know that 20 years ago I wasn't thinking too much about long showers, recycling, food miles, organic produce, checking labels for palm oil, or buying carbon credits to offset plane flights.
What a long way we have come. It's part of our every day. So it's nice to spend one day a year to celebrate our conscious effort towards reducing waste and living a bit more harmoniously with our environment.
