Drool-worthy Design: Mondo Cherry art and stationery

Bondville readers are so talented. Clare recently commented on the post about the Donna Hay General Store and I was prompted to check out her fantastic range of art and stationery under the Mondocherry label.

Mondocherry is actually made up of three women - sisters Clare (CB), JJ and their Mum SusieQ who collaborate on their designs. They use vintage book paper and fabric which they personalise with hand-stitching and beading to create stunning framed artworks and cards. I adore the covered button and 3D paper flower pieces.

I'm also inspired by Mondocherry's commissioned artwork - you provide the fabric that is special to you (Nanna's linen tablecloth/baby's christening wrap/the vintage handkerchief that Dad gave to Mum), and the Mondocherry team will create a beautiful keepsake to cherish.

You can find Mondocherry art and stationery on the Mondocherry online store and Etsy. Also take the time to check out the Mondocherry blog where this arty family highlight all things art and craft that inspire them (as well as showcasing up-coming designs).
